About Me

Jessica Santos Valenzuela, LMHC-QS

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Qualified Supervisor for registered mental health counselor interns in Central Florida. I take a client-centered and holistic approach to therapy, helping individuals, couples, and families build emotional resilience, develop healthier relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, relationship dynamics, life transitions, stress management, and parenting challenges. I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a wide range of emotional and relational concerns, with a focus on helping clients not just cope, but truly grow, flourish, and thrive.

I am fluent in English and Spanish and provide culturally sensitive therapy tailored to each client’s background, values, and unique needs. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and other therapeutic modalities to create personalized treatment plans.

Whether you are navigating a difficult season, seeking personal growth, or working toward healthier relationships, you don’t have to do it alone. Take the first step toward a brighter tomorrow — I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and empowerment.
